Withdrawal Instructions & Refunds
Sales of our software (DJ Cataclysm – DJ-Tool, DJ-CRM, DJ-Konverter and the bundles) are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) acting as Merchant of Record. The purchase contract is concluded exclusively with Paddle. The right of withdrawal below must therefore be exercised formally vis-à-vis Paddle.
The Paddle Buyer Terms apply in addition to this policy.
Instructions on Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Paddle shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Paddle), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which Paddle is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Paddle will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as software downloads) where the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:
- expressly consented that the trader begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
- acknowledged that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
Voluntary Support & Refund Requests
Regardless of the statutory provisions above, we care about your satisfaction. If you would like to request a refund, you can:
- contact Paddle customer support directly via paddle.net (fastest processing), or
- email us at contact@djcataclysm.com. We will review your request as a gesture of goodwill and forward legitimate refund requests directly to Paddle.
